Install Steps

Dependencies - OXLIB - https://github.com/overextended/ox_lib

1 - Install the script in your resource folder

2 - Make sure the script starts AFTER oxLib

3 - Restart your server

4 - use towcity to manually run the tow command

5 - Setup tow frequency
